Here’s the question that keeps coming to mind in the foot zone…
“What is this emotion (or experience) moving you toward?”
Everything is an invitation.
God is moving us in the direction of becoming someone only He knows we can become.
Exploring emotions in the body through the foot zone is an incredible way to help us move through the experience and continue on the path of becoming!
If you want a foot zone appointment with me, follow the link in the bio to find my schedule.

Here’s the schedule for this week. I’m adding a sound bath Tuesday night.
There are a few spots left. Sign up using the link in the bio.
I do a sound bath once a month in my in-home studio.
It’s coming up Tuesday, September 8 at 7:30pm.
I’m located in Gilbert near the intersection of Greenfield and Elliot. The exact location is given once registration is verified.
My sound bowls are beautiful, high-quality Crystal Tones Sound Bowls from Sedona, Arizona. They have the most exquisite sound frequencies that help relax the mind and body to a beautiful restorative state.
You can always find the link to all my classes in my bio.
