AZ Beauty and The Lash

Hello everyone! Just wanted to take a moment and re-introduce myself to all the new faces and to all my previous friends, clients and followers. First off, thank you for the follow and for the on going support 🥰

My name is Thuy (Twee). I've been in the beauty industry starting off as a nail tech since I was 16yrs of age. I got my license at the age of 18 and was in the nail industry for over 2 decades (I still do nails here and there). During my years of being a nail tech I was diagnosed and struggled with severe RA at the age of 20. It was hard to go to work while being in pain all the time but I fought through it daily and did my best. If you noticed, I don't post photos showing my hands. I have some deformity in my fingers and I'm a bit cautious about it. Even talking about it makes me feel a bit sensitive 🥺 but I want to share this to show you that no matter what your struggles are, you can do anything if you put your mind to it.

After 2 decades of doing nails I wanted to do something that's easier on my hands, body and mind so I decided to get into makeup and got certified as a freelance makeup artist in 2011. I loved that I was able to make family, friends and clients feel confident and happy by just doing their makeup! After years of juggling working as a nail tech and makeup artist I realized I needed to do more. I want to make woman feel good about themselves with different services that I can provide for them.

I got certified as a lash artist in 2016. I got into lashing because someone said I would be good at it 😆 I was discouraged at first but Lashing became my passion. The most important part is that while lashing I felt relaxed and my hands don't bother me as much, I love what I do! After couple years, I got certified as a ombré brow tattoo and lip blushing tattoo artist in 2018. Now I am a board certified lash educator! I want to give my knowledge to artists who love and appreciate the beauty of lashing and want to learn different techniques and lash styles.
