Wanted to share a little bit about myself! My name is Sarah Lowe. I have been a hairstylist for the past 21 years. I have worked all over the city where the majority of my career was spent working in the pearl. It was a really great launching place to get to where I am today. After I had my girls, I decided I wanted to be closer to home, or at least on the same side of the river. I’ve worked in sellwood and se Portland the 2nd half of my career but I’m really looking forward to putting roots down here. My husband, 2 girls, and I live in the unincorporated clackamas county but we claim gladstone as our home city-literally our street is the gladstone cutoff. As a graduate from La Salle High School, I have spent almost all of my life in the Milwaukie/gladstone area. It’s been so good to me, so why leave?? Some other things about me besides being a hairstylist and now salon owner, I love to coach volleyball (Holy Family) and softball (Putnam softball). Halloween is my favorite holiday-I love a good costume party! Family is most important-lucky to live close to almost all of my family. I have 2 daughters who are my life-as well as my bank account. Both seem to be very drawn to horses-lucky me-but seeing the joy that brings makes it all worth it. Pets-my poor husband married an animal lover and now has kids that are just as obsessed. And I’m obsessed with w really good quality wrapping paper. You may say I collet wrapping paper. Weird. I know but the finished product is so pretty! Thank you for taking the time to read this and welcoming me into downtown gladstone. I’ve been so overwhelmed with the welcoming I have received. So happy to be here!
