DL Nail Boutique

Hello, my name is Diana, owner and operator of DL Nail Boutique.

Thank you for choosing my salon. As a one-woman business, I personally perform every service and take great pride in providing quality care to each client.

At this time, Groupon appointments are available **Wednesdays and Fridays only**, between **10:00 AM and 4:00 PM**. These are the only days and hours reserved for Groupon bookings.

Before purchasing a Groupon, I kindly ask that you review the terms and scheduling information provided. If my availability does not fit your schedule, you may be able to request a refund directly through Groupon.

Please note that I **do not offer weekend appointments**. As a small business owner and mother of a daughter who plays competitive club soccer, weekends are dedicated to my family. I appreciate your understanding and respect for that balance.

Because I am the only technician in the salon, I am unable to accommodate same-day appointments or every scheduling request. Appointments are booked based on availability, and I encourage clients to schedule in advance.

**Cancellation Policy:** Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and **no-show appointments** will result in your Groupon being **redeemed**. As a one-person business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave appointment times that are often impossible to fill, and I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration. Unfortunately, despite multiple requests, I have been unable to have my Groupon merchant account deactivated, so new Groupons continue to be sold without my approval. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to resolve this issue with Groupon.

Thank you for respecting my scheduling policies and for supporting a small, locally owned business. I look forward to providing you with the best service possible.
