We’ll be sharing all the details soon, so keep an eye out! We can’t wait to spend October with y’all ✨

Schedule update🤍

Our lead instructor, Kaitlyn, will be out of the studio, so our regular barre schedule will be taking a short break! We may have a few beginner classes available during this time, so keep an eye on our schedule & stories for updates✨

We’ll resume classes Wednesday, October 7th. We can’t wait to see you back at the barre!

Our members say it best 🤍 We love having you at the barre, Maranda! Watching our community make Amavi part of their weekly routine is so special. Here’s to more classes, stronger moments, and always making time to fill your own cup ✨

Friends who barre together, stay together 🤍

There’s nothing better than moving alongside your favorite people. Grab your girls and meet us at the barre!

Find our class schedule & book your spot though the link in our bio✨

Delivery day📦🤍

Our reformers have officially arrived! We’ve been waiting for this day & feel so blessed to be able to bring something new to our clients at Amavi😊

More information for reformers pilates coming soon✨

The calm before the shake. ✨

There’s something about the studio in the early mornings and late evenings. Low lights, good music, and 45 minutes to move before the day starts—or after it finally slows down.
Whether you’re an early bird or prefer an evening class, we’ll see you at the barre.

A new season of The Traitors calls for a little betrayal at Amavi… 👀🗝️

In honor of the new season, we’re bringing Traitors: Amavi Edition to ALL classes this week!

At the beginning of class, a few of you will secretly become Traitors and receive missions to complete throughout class without getting caught. Everyone else? You’re a Faithful—and your job is to pay attention, question everything, and figure out who you can trust👀

Complete your missions. Keep your identity hidden. And remember…

Trust no one…

We have to know!!🤍✨

A little purple & gold at the barre 🐯💜

We loved seeing everyone show their LSU spirit in class this week as we kicked off college football season!
