one of the most common concerns I hear as an esthetician is how do I get rid of these “bumps” (non inflamed acne)

🤓 the acne prone pore sheds 5x as many dead skin cells daily than the normal pore.

the excess of dead skin cells will join forces with sebum (oil) & become trapped within the pore. this can also create bacteria within the poor and cause inflammation in the skin.

when your skin is dehydrated (as seen above) this exacerbates the situation!

dehydrated skin lacks water, not oil! it is crucial to have the proper hydrators & also a moisturizer to prevent TEWL (transepidermal water loss) & keep your skin barrier healthy!
