🚨A Little Policy Update 🚨

First I want to say how incredibly grateful I am for every single one of you who supports my business. Whether you’ve been coming to me for years or you’re a newer client I truly appreciate you choosing me and trusting me with your nails.🤍

I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, including appointments being canceled the day before. While I completely understand that things come up, these last-minute changes make it extremely difficult to fill those appointment spots with another client.

As a small business owner my appointments are my income and when an appointment is missed it doesn’t just affect my business It affects my family as well. I need to be more consistent with my policies to protect the time I set aside for each of you.

⚡️Going forward, the following policies will apply to ALL clients:

• A deposit will be required for every appointment in order to secure your spot.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged for the full appointment amount.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Any outstanding balance must be paid before booking another appointment.

Thank you for understanding.

I have a few openings next week!
