I will be in Grand Rapids tomorrow and Monday for KPS University to obtain my Certification in KPS Essentials - Slimsagé treatments. In addition, I will learn advanced skincare/body protocols, in depth product education, product advancement education and also get hands on experience!

I can NOT wait to bring such AMAZING products and treatments to SJÖ Wellness when we open soon. Quality is something we take very seriously…and KPS Essentials has been on our radar for over 4 years now. I can’t wait to introduce you all to this Luxury Organic brand.

We process all of our fruit, herbs, and botanicals entirely in house. It’s not the easiest way to make kombucha. It requires more sourcing, more labor, more equipment, and a lot more time. But we believe the extra work matters.

Every batch starts with real ingredients, like fresh ginger being washed here before it’s shredded, pressed & infused in Jammin Ginger

No shortcuts. Just real ingredients and traditional fermentation. The result is full flavor & nutrition ☀️

& Our new production facility is finally starting to feel like home; This week was a reminder that kombucha season has officially arrived. Over the last 24 hours we’ve filled more than 70 kegs in preparation for this week and in just two weeks. Today alone we brewed 2,400 gallons of kombucha to keep up with the spring season rush ♥️

The space isn’t perfect yet, but every week it comes together a little more.

While many beverage companies have moved toward concentrates, extracts, and shortcuts, we’re proud to still produce authentically fermented kombucha and process our fruits, herbs, and botanicals entirely in house through individual extraction processes for flavor & nutrition. It takes longer. It requires more labor. It means long days and plenty of patience. But it’s also why every bottle tastes the way it does.

Behind every bottle & draft is craftsmanship & integrity. 9 years ago this week Lively Up started at the Muskegon Farmers Market & today we’re honored to be serving the Midwest region with authentically fermented kombucha ♥️ Thank you for supporting independent craft fermentation 🙏

Had a long fun weekend of getting things done…and we were able to have the boys there with Carsen and I the entire time. 🥰❤️ It’s coming together and we are in construction mode! 🚧 🦺 Had some family visitors…❤️❤️❤️…signs and curtains in progress next, along with endless unboxing and building! Thankful is an understatement. We are so excited for this exciting venture!
