This Is Me….

Grounded Wisdom. Ethereal Light Frequency. Real Human Connection.

Hi, I’m Jen.

If you’re looking for someone who has "figured it all out," I might disappoint you. But if you’re looking for someone who has walked through the fire, navigated the fog, and come out the other side with a map, a flashlight, and a really good sense of humor… you’re in the right place.

For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in their most vulnerable moments. My journey began in the trenches of human services/ criminal justice systems, spending 25 years as an addiction counselor, educator, and facilitator specializing in women’s recovery. For 18 of those years, I ran a non-profit dedicated to community safety and support. I know what it looks like when life gets heavy. I know the "crunchy parts." I’ve been there.

But in 2015, something shifted. My spiritual gifts came online, and I realized that healing isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about transforming energy. Today, I blend my decades of clinical and community experience with my work as a psychic medium, consciousness coach, and practitioner of Access Bars, Conscious Wave Technique, Energetic Body Processes, Light Codes and Light Language.

Why work with me?

I Speak Both Languages: I can hold space for your deepest spiritual awakenings and help you navigate the practical realities of daily life. I understand the nervous system because mine is a little messy too. I understand neurodivergence because I live it. We don’t have to pretend here.

Real Life, Real Love: I’m a wife of 31 years, a mom to two amazing adult children who still actually like hanging out with me (miracles do happen!), and a devoted dog mom. I’m a photographer, writer, and teacher. I’m not hiding in a cave; I’m right here in the mix, living the life I facilitate.

Light & Depth: Whether we’re working with Light Language to clear energetic blockages or using intuitive coaching to find clarity, my approach is rooted in unconditional love and radical authenticity. I’m here for the weird awakenings, the tough days, and the breakthroughs.

I believe that we are all here to contribute, to connect, and to remember our inherent wholeness.
I’m happy to help,
I’m here, and
I’m ready to ride this wave with you.

Let’s get real. Let’s get deep. Let’s heal.

✨ Your Energy Is Your Internal Navigation System✨

At Waves to Healing, I believe your energy is the most honest guide you’ll ever have.

Notice what makes you feel expansive, alive, lighter and aligned with your soul… versus what leaves you contracted, drained, heavy or out of harmony.

You are the only one who knows what is real and true for you. Have you ever heard the phrase “follow your gut”? That’s it!! The feeling you get when you walk into a space and feel enlivened or you feel contracted. You can feel the energy in the room as soon as you walk into. What if you play with this energy by asking your body a question.

Hey body, if I choose this will it create more for my life? Hey body, if I don’t choose this will it create more for my life? Which one is expansive, which one is contracted? You can’t get this wrong. Keep asking, keep noticing the energy, and see what shows up.

That idea or project that lights you up, even if it doesn’t make “logical” sense… That’s your inner compass whispering: yes, let’s go, this way.

That opportunity that seems perfect but has a contraction in your gut, That’s awareness, your energy steering you toward a different choice or path. Ask more questions. Keep following the energy of you, your awareness, your internal navigation system.

Your body holds wisdom beyond the mind.
If thinking was going to change things, wouldn’t it have already changed?

Through Transformational Energy Coaching, I help you clear the static, quiet the chatter, release the blocks, and reconnect with that wisdom so you can trust what your internal compass is telling you.

💫 What is your energy guiding you toward—or away from—right now?
