The Legends is a community conveniently located at 28 1/2 Road and Patterson Road in Grand Junction, Colorado.
The subdivision offers a peaceful haven consisting of several beautiful, quality, custom homes. All homeowners within the Legends community are part of the Legends Homeowners Association (HOA). The Legends HOA, through its elected board and organized committees, is responsible for the maintenance of The Legends common areas such as our neighborhood entrances. The beauty and serenity of The Legends is protected by written standards which ensure each Legends homeowner that the integrity of the community will be continually maintained.
