Last week marked the beginning of my journey in the 2026 Business Leadership Cohort with the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce. Grand Prairie Chamber

Our first retreat reminded me that even leaders need moments to sit down, reflect, learn, laugh, cry a little 😂 and pour back into OURSELVES.

Eight hours of conversations, activities, life lessons, business lessons, trials, triumphs and CONNECTION.

Then I went straight from leadership retreat mode ➡️ spa owner/instructor mode for my new intern’s first day of training. 😂💆🏽‍♀️

This season is stretching me, developing me and reminding me that every room God allows me to enter has purpose.

Month ONE down. I can’t wait to see who I am by the end of this journey. 🙏🏽💙

Today I performed a Microchanneling treatment designed to support healthier-looking hair growth. Once the channels were created, we incorporated GHK-Cu, a copper peptide commonly used in advanced skincare and hair-focused protocols.

Now comes the exciting part… 👀✨
