PREGNANCY

Second Trimester:
This is when I typically love introducing lymphatic treatments. As your body begins carrying more fluid, your circulation changes, and you’re growing an entire human, gentle lymphatic work can feel incredibly supportive.

Third Trimester:
This is when many of my clients really start appreciating consistent lymphatic work. This is where I often introduce a gentle every-2-weeks rhythm to help mamas stay comfortable as their bodies continue changing.

POSTPARTUM 🍒

For face + legs, I often like to begin very early postpartum with gentle work, assuming there are no medical contraindications.

For belly lymphatics, I typically prefer waiting until around the 4–6 week mark, depending on your delivery, recovery, and how your body is healing. Your provider’s clearance always comes first.

Because postpartum isn’t a “one size fits all” timeline.
C-section ≠ vaginal birth.
And every mother deserves care that meets her where she actually is.

I offer in-home postpartum lymphatic treatments, including care for mothers who want support during those early postpartum days. I can also provide postpartum lymphatic care directly to the labor & delivery unit, when permitted by the hospital and your care team.
