Friday
School is back, which means crossing guard duty is back too. Serving my community, and then it’s straight to the shop.
Crossing guard. Dad. Community pillar. Barber.
Different hats, same mission: SHOW UP.
By 8:40 AM, I’m behind the chair and ready to work. 💈
Early mornings. The responsibility. The sacrifice. The purpose.
Back to school it is! POV: you booked with me .booksy.com for your kids cut👀🙏🏾💈
I’m still showing up even when I’m tired.
Same chair. Same clippers. Different head every time.
And somehow… I still wouldn’t trade it. 💈
Welcome to another day behind
the chair.
