The 77 year-old female with a large defect of her left cheek from squamous cell carcinoma. •She underwent a large cheek advancement flap for reconstruction. •Photos shown are five months postop. •She has no facial nerve dysfunction and is very happy with her reconstruction.

This 17 year old male underwent Gynecomastia surgery which involved excision of retro-areolar breast tissue through a hidden incision around the ni**le and Liposuction of the chest wall. •4 months post-procedure and the patient is extremely happy with his results and he is no longer self conscious about his body.
