🌼 Arnica Salve 🌼

I don’t usually remember to take before-and-after photos… but this time I did.

A few hours ago, I stepped through a step ladder and slammed the top of my foot. It immediately swelled up, bruised, and left a nice little cut.

I cleaned it, applied my Arnica Salve, covered it with a bandage, and went about my day.

A few hours later… look at the difference.

✨ The swelling has already started to go down.
✨ The bruising is settling.
✨ My foot is much more comfortable than I expected.

Arnica has been one of my favorite herbs for years. I keep it on hand for life’s little mishaps—bumps, bruises, sore muscles, and those moments when gravity reminds us who’s in charge. 😅

If you’ve never tried an arnica salve, this is why it’s one of the staples in my home.
