CRYO Science
Cryo Chamber Update:

She is still down but we are not giving up. She has run hard for 4 years, kept our guests and ourselves moving and feeling better. She has that much more life in her.

Our chamber comes from Poland, we have never had an issue with getting in contact with them until now. As you would imagine, we are at our wits end by not hearing from them in 18 days now. I get up at 3am every morning to check my emails as that is our form of communication and they are 6 hours ahead of us, just to see if they have responded to my ticketS.

Yes, they are still in business, we called the landlord in Poland to confirm 🫣 Short of me flying to Poland and plopping down at Oskars desk, we are on our own. (Trust me, it’s been a thought)

We have worked on the chamber everyday in some capacity. Countless hours of troubleshooting, IT hired to diagnose, parts overnighted & driven to Virginia and back to be replaced, hours on FaceTime working with other Cryo pros in the industry and we continue to be down.

We are now to the process of tracing our steps again and eliminating every possible faulty wire, relay, power sources, etc. I worked on it until 9 last night, Preston has been working on it since 9 this morning and is now going to compare tests on our Johnson City chamber.

Derrick (another cryo pro) has selflessly spent hours researching, on FaceTime & the phone with me, never asking for anything. I am so thankful for my team and the people that surround me with knowledge and reassurance. Because, let’s face it, I’ll work all day on you all to repair what’s broken and never skip a beat, but electronics takes my last nerve and I hear my Papa saying “Patience is a virtue”, so onward we go!

We appreciate everyone’s patience throughout this process. I can guarantee you we are doing everything in our power to get her back online as quickly as possible. You will be the first to know when she is blowing cold again. 🥶 until then, Opal is standing guard. 💂
