No entourage- just the client and the client’s parent / guardian
~$10 deposit is required upon booking. Will go towards total of service. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including weather conditions such as snow, black ice, or hazardous road warnings, unless there’s an inconvenience caused by me.
If weather affects travel, clients may reschedule ONCE using the same deposit, as long as they notify me before their appointment start time.
If no notice is given, the appointment is treated as a no-call/no-show, and a new deposit will be required.

~NO CALL , NO SHOW or arriving 10 minutes late will result to cancellation or a $30 fee towards the rescheduling of your appointment.
~Please arrive with hair taken down and detangled. If not, a takedown fee ($45) and/or detangling fee ($15) will be added if time allows, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
~Have payment on you before services begin. Payment for service is due by the end of services and before exiting the suite to leave the shop.

We used kinky bulk human hair for these mini twists, but the client and I noticed the quality wasn't ideal and it had a strange odor. Clients, please remember to thoroughly research and read reviews before buying hair online—don't rely on product photos alone!
