A big atta boy to everyone’s favorite officer, K9 Larry! In this morning’s early morning hours, while K9 Larry was comfortably sleeping at home, Bellevue, Avalon, Sewickley, and Ohio Twp Police Officers were diligently searching Emsworth for two suspects. These two, who likely didn’t know they were in Larry’s home turf, ran from a traffic stop, as they were in a stolen car.

K9 Larry, always ready to help, was summoned from his sleep, as was his partner Cpl Wallace. The suspects were then spotted running between houses in Ben Avon.. likely not aware our favorite K9 was on his way!

As always, Larry eagerly jumped from his police car, Cpl Wallace in tow, he led the officers right to the suspects, who were hiding in the weeds!

Larry chases two things.. criminals and treats..and Cpl Wallace was all out of treats!

Thanks Larry! Great job! Arrests were made and a victim’s car was recovered…
