Throughout our 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦 journey, we've explored the places where our voices get lost.

We've listened to the words held in our bodies. We've learned to recognize when our nervous systems move into protection, when we shut down, when we react, and when the words we desperately want to say simply won't come.

We've practiced creating enough safety within ourselves to find our voices again.

For our next Women's Healing Circle, we're welcoming special guest 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘆, who will guide us through the art of 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
