Update on my tattoo removal- this is before doing a second session. I chose to space sessions out to see how I responded with minimal treatments.
What I am finding with others I am working on is sessions closer together in the beginning begin fading faster. Then spacing them further out as they progress to allow the body to do its part is working far faster than mine. But I enjoy being my own test subject to give you better results in the long run.

Tattoo removal is not instantaneous. The laser breaks up the ink in your skin from a rock to a pebble. From there your body does a lot of heavy lifting by processing that ink through your immune system.

Laser removal vs “color correction”
I know this is a debated topic in our industry, but my priority will always be the long-term integrity of your skin and final results. My unapologetic truth about why laser removal will always be my go to for dark, old work.
Here is why I don’t recommend traditional color correction (tattooing warm pigments over gray tones to force a brown):
✨Unpredictable healing: Pigment layering often heals “muddy” or turns significantly darker over time.
✨Temporary fix: It doesn’t solve the core issue of pigment saturation in the skin. Yes it may look okay initially but it isn’t a lasting solution.
