FINALLY!!!!! Salons are opening!!!! I ask for you to PLEASE be PATIENT for an exact start date from me as I will need to get back on schedule with child care and also I need to find a time to get into my salon to properly clean and disinfect and prepare my salon. I am trying to work diligently on getting everyone rescheduled in the order they were cancelled. I am receiving multiple messages at this time. I ask for your patience as I will respond as soon as I can. Thank you!!!!!! I can not wait to see all of you!!!! I’m very excited!

Hello to my amazing clients!!

I wanted to send you an update! As most of you know, salons were not included in the first set of openings in Ohio. We are still unsure of a re-opening date. I find this incredibly frustrating as do you. I do know that the governor is working close with specific teams that include members from The Ohio State Board of Cosmetology as well as some stylists. Please be assured that as soon as I receive an opening date given to me by Salon Lofts, I will let you know immediately. With that being said, I am asking for your patience as I am currently many weeks behind in appointments that were cancelled due to this shut down. I have been keeping a log of all appointments that were cancelled and will book accordingly.

As we head back, I would like to make you aware of new procedures and policies for future visits to my salon. These are not only given by Salon Lofts, and The Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, they are given by me also. My best interest is that of my own family, you and your family, and that of others.

1. Masks are required to receive a service. I may not be able to have any extras on hand, so I request you bring your own.

2. If you are feeling ill in any way, I ask that you reschedule as I will do the same if I am feeling ill. If I feel that I am at risk upon your arrival, I will reschedule your appointment for you.

3. Appointment holder only allowed in the loft to receive their service. One client in the loft at a time. I am no longer able to “piggyback” clients. I recommend pre-booking as this schedule change may not allow you to get in as fast as before.

4. I will also be blocking time after each client so that I may sanitize and disinfect properly.

5. Clients are to stay in their vehicles and text or call me upon arrival letting me know you have arrived. Once my guest prior to you has left, and I have properly cleaned and disinfected, I will let you know to come on in. If you do not have the capability to call or text, feel free to drive by my window before parking and wave! This is State Board required. This is for safety of others and to keep the traffic to a minimum in the building.

During this time away from the salon, I would like to let you know I have taken online courses to get certified in proper sanitation and disinfection practices. These are precautions to keep us all healthy and safe.
I want to thank you for your incredible patience during this time. I also want to thank those of you that have reached out to me. I am beyond blessed and thankful for each and every one of you. I miss you more than you know, and I cannot wait to get behind the chair!

Just wanted to let everyone know, I am working super hard to keep track of all appointments missed and coming up. As we heard the governor say yesterday, salons will not be opening in these first couple of weeks of May. As soon as I am given a date to open, I will be sure to reach out!
