Memorial Day
is around the corner!
In honor: I’m currently helping veterans learn more about options for massage therapy coverage through third-party community care programs.
Many veterans dealing with chronic pain, tension, stress, injury recovery, mobility issues, headaches, PTSD-related tension, or long-term physical strain may qualify for therapeutic massage services when medically appropriate.
Services may include:
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Cupping Therapy
• Relaxation & Recovery Sessions
• Focused treatment sessions for pain and mobility concerns
Treatments are performed in-office located inside the Grove City Business Center behind Pick ’Em Up Joe’s Coffee Shop in Grove City.
Typical care plans may include weekly treatments ranging from 30–60 minutes depending on individual needs and approval guidelines for 12 weeks to a year.
If you are a veteran — or know someone who may benefit — feel free to reach out for more information about how the process works and whether they may qualify. Also , there is a link attached for detailed information on how to get started.

This Memorial Day, I’m thankful for the veterans and military families in our community. 🇺🇸
Many carry stress, pain, injuries, or tension long after service ends . I'm excited to say, - through a third-party company, some veterans may (SHOULD) qualify to have massage therapy sessions covered by their insurance.
At Four RootsTherapy, sessions always focus on real therapeutic work — deep pressure, mobility, recovery, and helping the body calm down and heal.
If you’re a veteran, or know someone who could benefit, feel free to message me for more information. And today especially, tag a veteran you appreciate below. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day 🤍
To the moms carrying, building homes, raising babies, showing up exhausted, loving deeply, and still giving pieces of themselves away every day — I hope you feel appreciated today.
Take care of yourself too. 🌿

While putting away sheets at the office today, I found one tiny little baby sock from my 10-month-old tangled in the sheets. 🤍
Such a simple thing, but such a powerful reminder of why I do what I do- It was an emotional reminder.
Self-care isn’t always just about us. Sometimes it’s about what we’re building, who we’re showing up for, and making sure we’re healthy enough — physically, mentally, and emotionally — to keep pouring into the people we love most.
That’s a big part of what Four Roots means to me.
Don’t forget to take care of yourself too. Your body matters. Your health matters. You matter. 🌿
