Over the past month, I have experienced a significant number of cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. These incidents not only disrupt my schedule but also result in lost revenue, as I am often unable to complete the full service booked. Furthermore, I have noticed that some clients rely solely on my confirmation texts as a reminder, rather than adding our appointments to their personal calendars. This has led to scheduling conflicts, resulting in last-minute rescheduling requests that can be challenging to accommodate. I understand that these oversights are unintentional, but I kindly request that you respect my time by adding our appointments to your calendars and making every effort to arrive punctually. Your cooperation and consideration are greatly appreciated, and I look forward to continuing to provide you with exceptional service.
