Today marks 35 years since my dad passed away.
He was taken from us far too soon, and there will always be a part of my heart that wishes we had more time together. 😢

Even after all these years, I still carry his love, his lessons, and so many memories with me every day. He is forever missed, forever loved, and forever a part of who I am. ❤️

𝒯𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝒶𝓇𝑒 𝓈𝑜𝓂𝑒 𝓌𝒽𝑜 𝒷𝓇𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒶 𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓈𝑜 𝑔𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓌𝑜𝓇𝓁𝒹, 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 𝒶𝒻𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓎 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝓃𝑒, 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓇𝑒𝓂𝒶𝒾𝓃𝓈.

Saying goodbye to this beautiful soul was one of the most difficult things I ever had to do. Jaynie was the most genuine, strong, loving, caring, generous, kind, heartfelt person I have known. Her unconditional love for her family was unmeasurable. Jaynie was my mom
I feel so blessed to have been loved like one of her own. She was just like a mom to me. Jaynie always included me in everything, whether it was buying her daughters a special gift during the holiday season, or celebrating a birthday, or giving something special to everyone that she had. She ALWAYS made me feel loved and included.
She was an EXTRAORDINARY human being and taught me so many life lessons that I’m so grateful for. She made a mark on everyone’s heart that had the pleasure of knowing her. Especially mine 💔

Grief and love are conjoined, you don’t get one without the other. All I can do is keep her in my heart and try to emulate her by living with spirit, laughter, and joy as she always did.
You always said I was your angel, but you have always been mine and I know will continue to be.
Jaynie’s daughter told her to “fly over the meadow of daisies” I loved that as I believe she is. She is now free from pain and suffering and now finally at peace.
Daisies were her favorite flower and she loved butterflies and nature. Ironically, one of the hospice nurse’s told me we need to keep her comfortable so that she will form into a cocoon and let go of her beautiful family that she loves so much. And now I understand what she meant. She held on for days as she didn’t want to let us all go and finally as difficult as it was to see her go, she is flying free of all the pain, flying free like a butterfly 🦋
On Wednesday we all saw so many butterflies flying free. I believe that was a sign from her that we need to hold on to all of the beautiful memories and share our joy with others to keep her spirit alive.
I love you. You will forever be in my heart ♥️
