My daughter just informed me of something I've never realized- my birthday = 100. 7+3+90. So fun!

Anyway, adult birthdays are just normal days where maybe you get to eat your favorite meal. I personally have so much housework/work get caught up on. Lol
It's weird to be in the busiest growth season of my life at 36 when I've been doing hair and makeup for 18 years.

But here's what I've learned.

God has to be first. Always. In all things. And challenging yourself daily in the fruits of the spirit will challenge your faith more than you know.

Adhd is real, meds do help, and I've learned more about myself in the last 2 years releasing so much shame and confusion.

I couldn't do life without my husband Josh Moseley . Not only is he stepping into his own new adventures, he's been my biggest fan, steady support, and the best leader and father I've ever known. Truly, I couldn't do what I do without him.

Delegate, outsource, release control. I Low-key have had to really submit to the growth process lately which is realizing one person can't do it all. Especially as the work load grows. Find an amazing support system and hand over the things you have a tight grip on that are only keeping you drowning.

Just get the laser hair removal LOL. The time saved, the ability to feel more confident, the freedom. Life is short- invest in the things that increase your time and confidence.

Choose kindness, grace, and love, it will take you further than anything else. Ive been in many different settings both personal and professional, and trying to live out those words will challenge you but leave so much more impact.

You can't change the mind of a hater. With rapid professional growth I've seen my fair share of people wanting to tear me down. At first it was really hard , but many times (sometimes all of the times) it's got nothing to do with YOU. Just don't let that person's hate change your character or calling.

Never feel like you've arrived. Keep growing, learning, building, developing, sharing...don't let ego get in the way of your dreams.
