One of the things we love most about Locks & Loaded Hair Studio is that we’re home to a group of talented, independent beauty professionals, each bringing their own personality, creativity, and specialty to our salon. 🤍

Every stylist at Locks & Loaded is an independent booth renter. That means each stylist runs their own business, including their own services, pricing, scheduling, payments and refunds.

If you book with a specific stylist, that stylist is your point of contact for anything regarding your appointment or service. As for calls to the salon phone, we’re always happy to help with booking appointments, answering general questions, or taking a message for your stylist so they can get back with you!

And while each stylist runs their own business, I’m always here as the salon owner when something requires my involvement. I truly want everyone who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of.

We absolutely love creating a space where talented stylists can build their own brands, serve their own guests, and have the freedom that comes with being their own boss.

Think of Locks & Loaded Hair Studio as the house, and each stylist has the freedom to be completely themselves within it building their business, growing their clientele, and being the amazing boss babes they are!

When she’s not creating beautiful hair behind the chair, Tosha is soaking up time with her husband and son, loving on her pups, or enjoying a little sunshine out on the water kayaking. Her perfect playlist? 90s country, always. 🤩🩵
OH, and if Dolly Parton comes on… just know she’s in her element. We hit it off with Tosha really fast when we learned how much she loved Dolly Parton!
