1. Be mindful of fabric clothing: certain fabrics and detergents cause irritation and acne flare ups on the skin and body. Opt for a more breathable fabric and a fragrance free detergent. 👚

2. Don’t rewear dirty workout clothes: we might think “I didn’t sweat, let me wear this tomorrow,” wrong! The gym is filthy and bacteria collects — always wash your clothing. 🧺

3. Disinfect your equipment: the amount of times I see people just get on a machine/get off and never wash it down. Self explanatory: Clean. Your. Equipment. 🦠

4. Use a clean towel every time: towels harbor so much bacteria. Always make sure you are wiping your sweat down with a SOFT, disposable towel while working out. We don’t want sweat sitting on our skin. 🧖🏻‍♀️

5. Use antibacterial skincare before & after: super important to prevent!! I love acu mist spray and oxygen deep pore mask. 🧴

6. Keep your hair away from your face: sweaty hair that contains dirt and oil sitting on your face can cause congestion on your skin! Make sure hair is up and away from your face! 🎀
