GymFX (Gymnastics Fitness and eXercise) Bisiness. GymFX uses the art of gymnastics to get adults into shape. All ages of adults, from 18 years of age and above.
It is a fun, interesting, and challenging way to exercise.
AOGC will be closing it’s doors November 30. I am currently teaching an adult gymnastics class at Dan the Man’s Superkids Gym in W. Los Angeles (Monday at 12:00 noon). I’m also in the process of looking for a bigger gymnastics gym to conduct my classes.

We have moved the gym to Hawthorne. An amazing facility with ample parking. A little further for many, but worth the travel.
