Mine just arrived! Looks & smells like regular coffee โ˜•๏ธ.

I continue to see ads for this same mushroom ๐Ÿ„ coffee โ˜•๏ธ, but from a different brand. I'm excited. No jitters, and sooooo many awesome health benefits!

I'll try my 1st cup tomorrow morning with some vanilla creamer & sugar. Sounds like there's some pretty great digestive system benefits. I eat kimchi, or yogurt for my daily probiotic.

A few items I bought to continue maintaining my outter appearance & overall health.

Going through menopause really bites the big one! ๐Ÿ˜ช The weight gain part seriously sucks! What we eat is absolutely the key to losing weight, but obviously exercise will help burn calories.

Sweating burns calories, and I kept seeing ads for these high waist panties that have a special lining inside, around the tummy area; that is supposed to help you sweat more. The video ads do look fake; as far as the before & after results, but I figured I'd try them.

I got mine from Temu, and I've yet to try them. Since it's about to be summer, I think I'll wear them & start going for a short walk on the weekend days. I'll also wear them when I start doing yoga, again.

I get plenty of steps in, when I'm at work, but I don't sweat. I want to lose a few pounds, just for myself, because I'm not doing for anyone or anything in particular. I'll be thrilled to lose 10 pounds by end of summer. Gradually, and safely.

I'm so blessed to have healthy, smooth skin! I'm just now, at 50 years old; beginning to have a regular beauty regime. I keep seeing video ads for this face sculpting brush. I ordered mine for Shein & it should arrive in a few days.

It was only like $4. I read a comment that said, she puts hers in the freezer; then uses it. I used to have a jade face rollers, and would also keep it in the freezer. It felt so great. I may see if they have one on Temu or Shein.

I ordered some facial moisturizer from Amazon, and it works so well. It feels cools, and leaves my face hydrated & smooth. Was very inexpensive for a nice size jar.

So, between the veggie facial masks, the facial brush, and using it with the facial moisturizer; I think it's all a great combination to do, often.

Lastly,... I keep seeing ads about the health benefits of drinking mushroom ๐Ÿ„ coffee โ˜•๏ธ. I love the smell & taste of regular coffee, but it hurts my stomach. Plus, I don't like getting the jitters.

This ๐Ÿ„ mushroom coffee โ˜•๏ธ has so many health benefits; immune system builder, helps your brain stay alert, helps with digestion, helps break down stubborn fat & turn it into energy, and can curb your appetite. I only eat one full meal per day, and the rest is fruits & vegetables.

I read someone say they add cocoa for a better flavor. I ordered some vanilla creamer, sugar, and also some soy milk. I figure, I'll try it with just the creamer & sugar; then try it with soy milk & sugar. I'm lactose intolerant, but on occasion I will eat ice-cream. ๐Ÿ˜‹

I won't add too much sugar to it. One container has 30 cups; so one cup a day for 30 days. It was only $8.99 on Amazon! I got a coupon for the creamer, and instead of $5.99 it was only $2.99 for a huge container!

Decided to start eating more fresh fruits & raw vegetables about 2 months ago.

No more buying chips to snack on at work. I love shrimp chips, though, and it had been so long since I bought some. They are lower in calories than regular potato chips.

I forgot that I bought a bag of yummy dill flavored hot cheetos; so the other day I mixed them with the shrimp chips, and WOW, soooo delicious. My new favorite snack to munch on at home! Pumpkin seeds are so yummy, too.

Right now, I have grapes ๐Ÿ‡& strawberries ๐Ÿ“ in the frig, and I'll be snacking on them later. Garden salad & cucumbers also in the fridge. Cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ is my favorite vegetable. Carrots, celery, and cucumbers are great with ranch dressing!

I decided I'm going to try the trend of adding kool-aid to pineapple ๐Ÿ. I bought a can of pineapple ๐Ÿ chunks & a pack of kool-aid. I have a jar to add everything into. I love pineapple ๐Ÿ. I've seen people selling the pineapple ๐Ÿ spears with kool-aid for up to $20!

Made a few yummy meal preps last Sunday. If I make 4 or 5, usually a few will immediately go into the freezer.

Those beans were super delicious, and the beef rice a roni was great. Chicken was good when I add BBQ sauce after heating each meal up. Added some spicy hot ๐ŸŒถ pickled jalapeรฑos, onions & carrots ๐Ÿฅ•.

Probably making ground turkey tacos ๐ŸŒฎ for next week's meal preps. Also, dill tuna with crackers for other days. I always bring fruit, and or, veggies for my snacks at work; plus my yogurt for a yummy probiotic. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Subbed at a new school, yesterday. Small, Charter school in a beautiful city. Apparently, the city is actually a little Island!

Smh, lol; I drove over a bridge, but wasn't paying attention enough to know that I went over the ocean! Beautiful city, beautiful school, wonderful staff & students. It's a special education school.

They said, they started offering lunch from different cultures to expand the children's interests. They served delicious butter chicken ๐Ÿ” & naan! I was totally shocked ๐Ÿ˜ฒ.

It was spicy hot ๐ŸŒถ, but the curry was filled with spices. The lady distributing the meals walked upstairs to me in the staff room, while I was on my lunch break, and gave me some! So awesome. They also had out a veggie platter & fruit platter of us staff members.

No violence, no escalations. Was 6th grade to 12 grade, but super tiny school. I was a 1:1 with a nice teenage girl who had me laughing all day.

I love that I'm back to subbing temporarily. Different cities, different schools, different students, different challenges, and everyday something new to add to my resume.

Monday is a holiday, so I'll go back to subbing on Tuesday. Have a great weekend yall!

Teacher appreciation week was the week before last week. I think my supervisor was out sick that week.

Last week she gave me this awesome gift! She's such a wonderful lady. She thanked me twice for being there!

This Teacher's Survival Kit has so many cool things. I love the adorable little bottle of Tajin. Too cute!

This gift was my favorite, but I also enjoyed the super delicious empanada's our other supervisor gave us. That week was filled with yummy food.

A student's Mom gave me a sweet gift last week, because I've made such a positive impact on her daughter. That little girl is my favorite student, by far, and I'm a bit sad that this coming week is our last week together in school.

School ends on Thursday, May 28th! I do look forward to having a few days off. Absolutely, yes!!! However, I don't really want nor need a vacation. I'd rather keep working & saving.

Just awaiting one last, important thing to clear for my upcoming Summer position doing in-home care. Praying it will be completed this coming week, so I can start the following week.

I wouldn't mind having Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. I'll probably get semi dolled up, walk right up the street, and treat myself to a couple of appetizers & cocktails.

I live right in the middle of downtown. Would probably take less than 5 minutes to walk up the street where so many restaurants, bars, & businesses like; little dress shops, antique shops & more.

The weather has been magnificent, but I think it's about to get pretty hot, and stay that way. Once it's 80 degrees; I'm not loving it, lol! Perfect weather, though, to talk a nice little stroll; wear a cute little sundress, sandals, maybe some eye make-up, jewelry, and get some fresh air.

I rarely go anywhere, except to work or the store. I've bought some super inexpensive little dresses, and jumpsuits. I told myself that I would start taking myself out for a treat, because yeah; I do work hard & never go anywhere fun.
