Happy 250th Birthday America!!!!!! I hope yall have a great day 🎆🎇

Hey yall!
I hope this message finds you well. Not a lot to update about lately, sorry for disappearing. Eagerly awaiting July 1st for my next CT. Hoping for good news 🤞🤞🤞
Went Missoula today to talk with an Orthopedic Surgeon that specializes in spines. He was able to give me options, both surgical and non surgical. Turns out they do Epidural Injections for back pain. Who knew?! So a referral has been sent over for that to my Pain Management Team here in town to try that next. Still can't start PT until my neck is cleared. I hear from them Juky 13th.

Im still working very part time due to the pain and the set back if I overdo it. But please reach out if you need me ❤️ and we will find you a spot.

Thank you to everyone for the support, I really couldnt have made it this far without you.
Talk to yall soon 🥰💖
