I’ve been on both sides of this journey. And trust me, I’ve tried it all.
I’ve shared a lot about my experience with GLP-1s because they truly changed my life. I’ve lost 60 pounds, but more importantly, I’ve gained so much more—confidence, energy, and the feeling of finally being comfortable in my own skin.
Before GLP-1s, I tried Weight Watchers, Ideal Protein, calorie tracking, starting over every Monday… I know how frustrating it is to feel like you’re trying so hard and still struggling with your weight.
GLP-1s gave me a tool that finally made things feel different.
That’s also why I feel so strongly about offering medically managed weight loss at Muse. I’ve done this myself. I know what it feels like to be the patient. I’ve personally experienced the benefits, and now I get to see those same benefits in so many of my patients.
