✨ Meet Lily Kandaris✨ With 20+ years in the healing arts, Lily brings a rare blend of skill and intuition to every session. Her journey started as a NYC dancer and 17-year dance educator, giving her a deep understanding of the body’s movement and anatomy before it evolved into a career in massage therapy.
Trained in both Eastern and Western modalities, Lily’s toolbox spans Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, acupressure, Reiki, craniosacral work, and manual lymphatic drainage. She’s also a certified cupping practitioner and an experienced educator, having taught at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and with several teams and studios across the Phoenix area. She brings a uniquely empathetic perspective to peri- and post-menopausal care too, drawing on her own experience to support clients through this transition — body, mind, and spirit.
A member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and the American Craniosacral Therapy Association, Lily is always growing her craft. Outside the treatment room, you’ll find her hiking, gardening, meditating, or spending time with family. She and her husband recently made Richmond home after relocating from Phoenix!
