Kairos Wellness Center

A new season at Kairos Wellness Center, lovelies! Seven more days at the helm for this girl, then I’ll continue overseeing things from afar. The next chapter is calling!

Thank you for supporting us as April Klander steps in as our Hibbing Director and we get our medical director and injector in place. TBD soon.

Kairos is a space for fellow entrepreneurs to learn, grow, and serve our community—Mind. Body. Soul.

Brad, thank you for two wonderful years of care through Willow Rook Ranch Massage & Therapy! And welcome, April—bringing your leadership and Krystal Clarity, Health & Wellness Coaching into this next season.

With gratitude, a little sass, and trust in God’s timing—here we grow! Love to all!!!

Well, lovelies… you’ve been shopping at Kairos Wellness Center. Medium pink shirts and large black shirts in Kairos Apparel are SOLD OUT, and those white sweats are quite the hot commodity!

Thank you for supporting this little lady’s vision—and looking good doing it! More are being made this week and will likely hit the shelves after I leave Minnesota. My heart is so grateful!

Meanwhile, I’m having a few Kairos Moments with Ferechil swag samples made for myself. Hopefully, they’ll arrive before I head south. If not, someone may have to hand-deliver them to me in sunny Tennessee.

Okay, okay… mailing them works, too. But personal delivery sounds a whole lot more fun!

These past few days have been full of Kairos moments—curious people walking into the office, fun conversations, and connections I didn’t see coming!

One older gentleman even came in looking for a “wife.” Well, mister… I actually have a lady in mind! I’ll reach out to her soon. No, I’m not a matchmaker, and I’m certainly not claiming that title—but how fun is that?!

Three people shared some version of, “I’m sad you’re leaving—I just found you!” Those words touched my heart.

Then April offered a beautiful perspective: the gift also includes the team of healers brought together here. People with caring hearts and gifts of their own, ready to keep serving and connecting. That gives me so much to be grateful for as I prepare to leave.

And one of my girls even shared her yummy buttermilk chicken sandwich with me. Good conversation AND good food? This little lady is living her best life!

God has a way of turning a simple hello into something meaningful. And to borrow Pastor John Sundquist’s words: “How fun is this?”

SOOOOO fun, Pastor!

Eight more days in Hibbing, and I’m soaking up the laughter, love, and memories. I can only imagine what Tennessee—and then overseas—will bring!

My heart is full, and this little lady’s adventure continues!

Alright, lovelies—today’s Top Host with Ryan Seacrest & iHeartRadio votes count DOUBLE! Vote through Facebook AND by text for four times the love! 🎉

As a labor and delivery nurse, welcoming hundreds of babies into the world has been one of my greatest joys. Those first cries, tiny fingers, and families meeting their little loves—what a privilege!

That’s why the Ryan Seacrest Foundation touches my nurse heart. The Ryan Seacrest Foundation brings creativity, connection, and joy to children receiving care in hospitals.

Encouraging families has always been part of my story. Now I’m bringing that same heart, a little sass, and plenty of stories to the mic!

Hop on, cast your votes, and let’s make some noise! This little lady’s doing her happy dance—and thanking you for every bit of love and support. 💕

About the Ryan Seacrest Foundation The Ryan Seacrest Foundation (RSF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organi...

Let’s make some more noise for Top Host with Ryan Seacrest & iHeartRadio, lovelies! This girl has stories to share and a mic to claim. Let’s get through Round 1 together!

Born in the Philippines, raised in northern Minnesota, and now calling Tennessee home—I’m a nurse, a mom, and proof that at 54, you can still step into a brand-new adventure.

What’s coming with me to the mic? Heart, humor, honest conversation, and a little sass! Years of nursing have taught me to listen closely, connect with people, and appreciate the stories behind their smiles. I want to bring conversations that make you laugh, feel seen, and find the courage to live your own story boldly.

My printable voting page is ready—help me spread the word!

• Cast your FREE vote every 24 hours.
• Print the page and display it where others can see it.
• Share this post and invite your friends to vote!

And if you haven’t already, head over to my page, Kairos Moments with Ferechil, and give it a follow! The podcast is taking shape, and this little lady has plenty cooking behind the scenes. Win or lose, the stories are coming!

Every vote helps, every share reaches someone new, and every bit of encouragement means so much. Thank you, lovelies—let’s rally and get this little lady into the next round!

The pink dress may have stepped aside, but this little lady still has plenty to say!

Glasses on. “God Is Good” hat on. Same woman, same big dreams—and stories that don’t require a wardrobe change.

That’s what I want to bring to the mic: honest conversations, faith, laughter, and those unexpected Kairos Moments with Ferechil that remind us how much life there is to enjoy.

Thank you for every Top Host vote and every bit of encouragement. If you haven’t voted today, I’d appreciate your free daily vote!

Raised in northern Minnesota, born in the Philippines, and still finding new places to use this voice. Let’s make a little noise, lovelies!

Top Host voting—Day 3 of 10!

The excitement is building! I’m currently 11th in my group, and this girl is still very much in the running. Slow and steady—with a little sass and a whole lot of faith!

Thank you, lovelies, to everyone using your free vote every 24 hours. Your encouragement, shares, and votes mean so much to me.

And a heartfelt thank-you for my very first donation for votes! This competition benefits the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, which brings interactive media studios into children’s hospitals, giving young patients opportunities to create, explore, and enjoy moments of joy.

If you feel called to donate, your generosity is greatly appreciated—but never required. Your free votes and cheering me on already mean so much!

Win or lose, Kairos Moments with Ferechil is already in the making. Head over to my page and follow along—faith, real-life stories, adventures, and a few “She did WHAT?” moments are coming.

If you haven’t received a personal invitation, please forgive the oversight! It’s a public page, and there’s room for everyone at this table.

Not bad for a girl born in the Philippines, raised in northern Minnesota, and using the Iron Range as her launchpad. This girl has stories to share—and we’re just getting started.

Let’s go, lovelies—make some noise!

Is Ferechil Bayani the Top Host? Will Ferechil Bayani be a guest on an episode of On Air with Ryan Seacrest, win $25,000, and lead a podcast produced by iHeartRadio?

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes at Kairos Wellness Center–Hibbing as we work diligently to hand over the reins to April Offersen Klander with Krystal Clarity.

Brad Castagneri with Willow Rook Ranch Massage & Therapy is doing wonderful things with his clients, and I have a feeling April will be the glue that brings it all together.

Thank you for your loyalty, patience, and love throughout this journey. You’ve helped make Kairos a place of connection, care, and community—and I’m deeply grateful.

As I gear up for my October 22 departure, know this: I may be leaving the Iron Range physically, but a piece of my heart and spirit will always be here.

And don’t worry—you’ll still catch this little lady out and about, enjoying the area. You didn’t think I would leave without a few more adventures, did you?

Love to you all, lovelies. There’s still time to make a few more Kairos Moments with Ferechil.

Well, lovelies… this girl has stories to tell, and now they have a home.

Introducing Kairos Moments with Ferechil—my podcast in the making, where I’ll share faith, healing, adventure, and a few moments that might make you say, “She did WHAT?”

You’ve followed pieces of my journey here. Now I’m getting ready to share the stories behind them—and how God’s timing keeps surprising me.

Top Host is part of the adventure, but win or not, I’m moving forward.

Follow my new page and come along. A few things are cooking behind the scenes… patience is a virtue.

A little peek behind the scenes… Kairos Moments with Ferechil is taking shape!

While you’re cheering me on in Top Host, I’m working with my industry guide—recording, workshopping my stories, and preparing for more recording when I return to Tennessee on October 26.

Whether I win the competition or not, this girl is moving forward. The competition is an opportunity, and these stories have a purpose.

Faith, healing, adventure, and a few moments that might make you say, “She did WHAT?”

Thank you for every vote and all the encouragement, lovelies. Keep those free daily votes coming, and follow this page for what’s next!

As for what’s cooking behind the scenes… patience is a virtue.
