A little life update from our sweet Lydia. 🤍
One of the most beautiful seasons of life is just around the corner, and while we’re going to miss having Lydia’s smiling face around NŪVO every day, we couldn’t be more excited for her as she prepares to welcome her little one.
If you’ve ever had an appointment with Lydia, you know just how special she is. The way she cares for her patients, remembers the little things, and makes everyone feel comfortable and loved is something we never take for granted.
We’re so lucky to have her as part of our NŪVO family, and we know she’s going to bring that same love and tenderness into this next chapter of motherhood.
A little update on her schedule:
- November 5th: Last day before maternity leave
-December 22nd & 29th: Lydia will be seeing patients on these two days, but all appointments are already fully booked.
-January 4th: Officially returning to NŪVO
Her January hours will be a little different as she settles back in:
Monday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday | 1 PM – 6 PM
Wednesday | 9 AM – 1 PM
We already know how much we’re going to miss her, but some moments in life deserve all the time, love, and attention in the world. And this is one of them.
Help us send Lydia all the love as she gets ready for this beautiful new chapter. We love you Lydia, and can’t wait to watch your family grow. 🤍

The early mornings, the patients, the ideas in between, the controlled chaos, and the people I get to come home to at the end of it all.
Some days run exactly how I planned. Some don’t. But I’ve learned that a little structure, a lot of purpose, and staying close to what matters most makes even the busiest days feel meaningful.
