One of our favorite moments at Redken Symposium was participating in the VISH Cash Challenge! Hidden throughout the event was VISH Cash, and our team worked together to collect the most and bring home the win.
We’re so excited to welcome VISH into our salon and can’t wait to see how this new partnership helps us continue providing the best experience for both our guests and our team. This challenge was such a fun way to connect, compete, and celebrate together.

One of the fun experiences at Redken Symposium was being able to upload photos from of our stylists’ Instagram pages and see them displayed on the big screen! It was so exciting to see our team’s work showcased in such a unique way.

Robin Campos, the heart behind Trendsetter Salon and Day Spa, was featured in the SalonCentric catalog—and it couldn’t be more deserved. What started as a family dream in 1984 by Joan and Derrell has grown into something truly special. Robin worked side by side with her mom, Joan, learning the business from the ground up and carrying that legacy forward every day.
Built on passion, education, and a commitment to empowering every stylist, nail technician, esthetician, and salon professional who walks through our doors, her vision continues to shape not only our salon, but the people within it. From our in-house Color Bar to the culture she’s created, everything reflects her drive to see the entire team succeed together.
This moment is more than a feature—it’s a reflection of years of hard work, innovation, and heart.

In 2024, we remodeled our entire salon — the spa area, hair side, reception, shampoo bowl area, color bar, and our coffee bar. It was a huge project and truly a labor of love.
The Trendsetter family did so much of the work ourselves, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life.
A special thank you to our designers from New York for helping guide the vision and bringing so many amazing ideas that made this space what it is today. 🤍
