Rebecca specializes in Swedish and deep relaxation massages. During your massage with Rebecca, she will incorporate attention to your breath, trigger point release, acupressure, and myofascial release. Her goal is to listen to each client’s unique body and promote energetic flow, stimulating relaxation and addressing specific needs, while feeling up the body’s resources to heal itself. Rebecca holds space for nurturing, healing, and letting go, so when you are done you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
