Since we have many new followers, I want to re-introduce us. I also want to talk about floating and why its amazing.
This is Bobbie;
My son Steven came home from Afghanistan with PTSD like many soldiers do. He found floating through a battle buddy and found a center in Savannah. Steven started going to Remedy in January of 2020. He would float two or three times a week for 90 minutes. We noticed by mid February he was less anxious. In early March Frank (my husband) tried it and loved it. By May of 2020, without knowing anything about running a float center, we decided to open one in Hinesville.
It was a challenge to educate folks. Most had only seen a photo of a float pod. We chose the couples cabin because of it's size and how friendly it was. There are lights and music you control. It's huge, big enough for two people. The door to the cabin is glass and does NOT lock. The door to the float room, does lock for privacy.
It's been six years and we have learned and grown. We added the full spectrum infrared sauna and Soundwave therapy, then we added massage. We have plans to add more but first we have to finish the expansion.

Floating or float soak is laying in the cabin with 10 inches of water and 1500 pounds of Epsom salt. This allows your body to float, taking the pressure off your bones and muscles. Epsom salt is high in magnesium to help with pain. The air and water is the same temperature as your skin. It's like a warm silky hug. You can turn off the lights and music for a full deprivation experience or have music and lights on ...it is your choice. It you don't want to get your hair wet, we have a way to do that. You won't drown, you don't have to swim. It is safe and quite effective.
If you have mobility issues, you will need someone with you to get in and out of the cabin. Your first float is about getting to know the cabin and feeling the benefits. You really need to float more to find the lasting benefits.
