📚 Teaching clients about their anatomy and movement patterns will help clients gain control of their pain long term. Although a great massage can feel life changing, it’s the ongoing self - care and better understanding of movement that is a transformative journey. Learning more about our body allows us to optimize our physical well-being and prevent injuries. Let's embrace the knowledge and understanding of our bodies, paving the way for a healthier, stronger, and more resilient self. 💪🏼✨
