Hello nail friends. I have a request going into a new month. I work continuously to be able to get as many of you in as I can and so I often book back to back and sometimes through lunch breaks or later evenings. I’m noticing that I am feeling a little rushed. I do plan time in my day (or try to) to clean and reset my station, eat, potty, return text messages, move appointments etc. if I have 10 minutes between clients then that is usually what I am doing. I love each and every one of you. So here’s my request….

If you arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment, please wait in the waiting area up front and I will come get you or 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time you can come in to my suite. This will allow me to use my scheduled few minutes to do what I need to do and not feel overwhelmed. If you see me without a client, that usually just means I am doing other business. Also, my door may be closed in between appointments to allow for that time. I assure you that you will get 100% of my attention at your appointment bc I LOVE YOU GUYS! Thank you for understanding and I look forward to a crazy fun fall and holiday season.
