Atma Prema Holistic Massage

For years, I’ve felt a quiet calling to walk alongside mothers through one of life’s most sacred transitions. What began with fertility massage, prenatal massage, and postpartum care is now growing into something I’ve dreamed of for a long time, which is doula training.

Motherhood changed me, but so did the incredible community that held me through it. I know what it feels like to be nurtured, seen, and supported, and it’s with deep gratitude that I hope to offer that same care to other families.

This next chapter feels like a natural extension of my work and my heart. I can’t wait to share my expanded doula services with you soon!

In need of a nervous system reset? More daytime hours have been added and spots in May are now available! Massage is an amazing tool to gently bring us back to a regulated nervous system, lower cortisol and rewire us so that we can handle everyday stressors better.

A Small Schedule Change Beginning in May

As many of you know, family is incredibly important to me. With my kids now involved in several after-school activities, balancing evening appointments has become more challenging than it once was. After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve decided that beginning in May, I will no longer be offering evening massage appointments.

My updated hours will be:
Tuesday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM

This change allows me to continue offering my best work during the day, while fitting school carpool in and also being present for my family in the evenings.

I completely understand that this new schedule may not work for everyone. If you find that you need appointments outside of these hours, I truly understand and would be happy to recommend some wonderful therapists who may better accommodate your schedule.

Watching new practitioners step into their awareness is always such a beautiful experience. Today I had the honor of guiding a wonderful group through Reiki Level I, and I couldn’t be more proud of these new initiates.

Throughout the day we explored the foundations of Reiki, practiced trusting our intuitive healing process, and learned to sense subtle energy in ways that many had never experienced before. One of the most magical moments was when we worked with plants, tuning into their gentle vibrational energy and realizing that the life force flowing through us is the same energy that flows through the natural world.

Seeing the curiosity, openness, and confidence grow throughout the day was incredibly inspiring. Each of these students stepped into their sensitivity and connection with such grace.

Congratulations to these beautiful souls on beginning their Reiki journey. I’m so excited to see how this energy unfolds through your lives and the healing you will share with others.
