Day 1 of 1:1 training with Alesja 👩🏻‍🎓

The first day was focused on building a strong foundation:

• product knowledge
• equipment
• salon organization
• workstation setup
• understanding technology behind products and brands

I also demonstrated the full manicure flow on one hand first — because students need to SEE the full algorithm before practicing themselves.

Then Oleja completed the second hand on herself so she could physically feel:
• drill bit pressure
• cuticle work
• hand positioning
• scissors control

In my opinion, this is one of the most important parts of learning.

Technique is not only visual — it has to be felt physically.
