An afternoon to put your responsibilities down. Sit at a table where you feel welcomed. Learn something about yourself. Laugh, breathe, and enjoy the company of other women.
That is the space I wanted to create with Sip & Glow: Pretty in Pink. 🎀
Seeing these women share what the day meant to them touches my heart. Their words about self-care, friendship, and the thoughtfulness they felt remind me why I created this gathering.
For this Wellness Wednesday, let their voices be your reminder: you deserve time for yourself, too.

Our September Baddie Brunch theme was Collaboration: Combine & Conquer.
With mimosas by the water and the sun rising, we made space to connect, share ideas, and discover how we can support one another.
Each woman brings something special to the table..her experience, her creativity, her vision. Coming together opens the door to what we can build together.

At Sip & Glow: Pretty in Pink, I’m inviting you to settle in, close your eyes, and give yourself a moment to simply be.
For the first time at Sip & Glow, I’ll be guiding you through a sound bowl bath. This practice has become part of my own moments of pause, and I’m excited to share it with you.
A soft blanket. A slower breath. The sounds of the bowls. And time you’ve set aside for yourself.
This is part of why I created Sip & Glow—a space where women can receive care, enjoy sisterhood, and rest without rushing.
