🌿LET’S TALK MILK THISTLE
Milk thistle is indigenous to Europe (the plant & fruit) has been used for more than 2,000 years to help with the liver & biliary disorders. It has an active ingredient in it called silymarin & is also known as Mary Thistle or Holy Thistle.
We use milk thistle in our yoni steams to help with blood clots, cleansing old residue or build up from menstrual cycles, & detoxing the womb.

Infinite Risings ✨

✨With everything going on in life we just want to say that it’s okay to not be okay.

✨Sometimes life places things in your path that you don’t innerstand. Sometimes even just getting up can be hard. Sometimes all you can do is just simply be. And that is okay. It is okay to take a moment to breathe, to sit with yourself and just bask in your existence.

✨Whatever you do today.. just be grateful for what you have and the people you love. You are powerful. You are strong. You are getting through and conquering.

✨Sending you all so much love, light, peace, joy, healing and protection.

“Even after the worst storms the sun will shine again.”

If you still want to help.. there are still other ways and many avenues for you to participate in and donate to.

We are so grateful for the opportunity we had to participate in the auction and for the people who held space for us to do so.

We are one.
