Our goal is to empower individuals to make choices about their lives and to promote opportunities that allow individuals to experience the fullness of life. Our staff carefully addresses the needs of each member’s, mind, body, and spirit, balancing thoughtful gracious support with quality care in an island style setting.
Our members enjoyed a day filled with music, movement, and the spirit of tradition as we came together for our very own Bon Dance!
There’s something about familiar songs and dances that bring back wonderful memories while creating new ones together.
Who knew a balloon could bring out so much friendly competition? Our members had a blast keeping the balloon in the air, while working on coordination and movement!
Balloon Badminton continues to be a member favorite! 🎈
This month’s destination takes our members to Italy!
The cooking demos are about so much more than yummy food. They’re an opportunity to learn, explore different cultures, and stir up special memories of past travels.

We loved having Melisa and her team from Kāhala Nui Life Enrichment to Live Well for a special keychain-making workshop with our members!
Our members had such a wonderful time choosing their designs, getting creative, and making their very own personalized keychains to take home.
A big mahalo to Melisa for spending time with us and bringing such a fun, hands-on activity to Live Well. 💕
It was a bittersweet day as we wished our longtime volunteer, Hank the Flying Dutchman, a fond aloha.
Hank has brought so much joy to our members through his music, warm spirit, and the many songs he so generously shared with us.
As Hank begins his next adventure, we wish him all the best as he makes his way to the Netherlands! 🇳🇱

Our members enjoyed a relaxing Tai Chi session, focusing on gentle movement, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness.
