DO NOT do these things 24–48 hours before your brow appointment:
❌ Alcohol
❌ Excess caffeine
❌ Retinol or acids
❌ Waxing or threading
❌ Blood thinners (if not medically required)
These can affect:

⚠ pigment retention
⚠ healing results
