No Call and No Show * This means if a client does not show up for his or her appointment and has not called or text me to let me know, they will be charged 80% of the total cost of the hair service. The client will be charged either the card on file or they will have up to 24-hours to pay. I am very understanding if something comes up, but if I'm stood up with no call, no show, and I have to seek you out, you will be charged. If you fail to pay 80% of the service you will not be allowed to book your next appointment until the no show fee has been paid. Being Late * If you are late for your appointment, there may not be time to style or cut your hair at the end because of the next client who comes in after you. If your appointment is at 9am, that means I start your hair at 9am. Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early so that I am ready for you.
