Hooded eyes? No problem. Short, fine lashes? No problem.

One challenge I used to run into with lash lifts on hooded eyes was getting the lashes to lift in a way that didn’t disappear under the lid. After a lot of experimenting with different techniques, I’ve refined my approach to create a lift that helps the lashes extend up and over the hooded area rather than curling into it.

The result? A more open, lifted appearance that beautifully enhances the eyes while still looking natural. This client’s lashes were tiny, short, and fine! 😓 All odds were against me. I was so happy with her end results.

Every eye shape is different, and customizing the lift makes all the difference.

We also did powder brows on her. 🤩

Powder brows

Healed brows are meant to look soft, natural, and effortless — not dark, harsh, or “stamped on.” One of the biggest misconceptions about permanent makeup is the idea that you should NEVER EVER have to touch your brows with a pencil or brow product again. In reality, beautifully done permanent brows are designed to enhance your natural features, especially on a bare face, so it simply looks like you naturally have great brows.

Overly dark brows may seem appealing at first, but they do not age gracefully. As time passes, darker pigments can heal cooler and develop unwanted gray or bluish tones, especially with sun exposure and improper care. The goal is always timeless, natural-looking results that heal beautifully over time.

It’s also important to understand that healing plays a huge role in your final results. While 20% of the work is done in the studio, the other 80% happens at home during your healing process. Following aftercare instructions exactly as advised — avoiding sun exposure, keeping makeup off the brows, and properly caring for them — is essential for the best healed outcome. Your results truly depend on how seriously you take the healing process.
