Be sure to SAVE these tips to help you navigate that season - I know it can be super frustrating and discouraging but it WILL pass!
Remember that morning sickness isn’t JUST in the morning. It can be experienced any time of the day or night. A few common triggers include:
🥵☀️Heat
😰 Stress
🍤🥩Certain smells or foods
😴 Being over-tired

Although, many pregnant people DO experience nausea and vomiting in the morning, which may be due to blood pressure changes and movement after you wake up.
This is why having bedside snacks can be super helpful

Lately, I’ve found a lot of parents (new or repeat), wondering or misinformed on how often your newborn should be fed. 🤱🏾🍼

Most newborns who are formula-fed feed every 2 to 3 hours. 🍼 On average, a breastfed newborn eats approximately every 2 to 3 hours around the clock. 🤱🏾That’s about 8 to 12 times in a 24-hour period. As they get bigger and their tummies can hold more milk they usually eat every 3 to 4 hours.

And if your baby is very young, or having problems gaining weight, you shouldn’t go too long without feeding, even if it means waking your baby.

Despite what you might think, crying is a late sign of hunger. You should give a feeding before your baby gets so hungry that he or she gets upset and becomes difficult to calm down. 🌼🌸🌺
