a well known stylist in Houston... I promise you I can't make this s**t up!! Very unprofessional and don't give a damn about her new clients.. (my opinion) Told me that my appointment was pushed back from 1230 to 130 't give me a option if I could or not. I came from the Galveston area 1 hour 30 away and was told 1 hour from my appointment that it was rescheduled.. I was in route to be here at 1215p.. me and my friend made these appointments cause we had plans! She then text 2-5 mins from appointment time saying that she would let me know when to go up cause she on her way!! So I did have a typo in my message because it do seem like I was telling her but I meant to say "Can we". She then canceled my appointment and my friend after knowing we been sitting here this long.. Still her response was unprofessional Idgaf attitude! I don't book these type of appointments because of this reason here!! My friend referred me because she goes to her often and spoke very highly so I booked!! Never again!! We try and support our people and it is unfortunate that business is not handled with professionalism, consideration and care!!
