We spent last weekend
activating Flow- A yoga event for a cause. We met some great people who are truly changing and contributing to the community. We had and lead a mindful Vinyasa flow. Their efforts were followed by an uptempo Sculpt yoga flow led by and the event concluded with an aerial display of Acroyoga by and .

On April 13th, Sweatii hosted Spin and Flow, a cycling and yoga event! Part of the proceeds went towards BARC Animal Shelter, a Houston nonprofit who is dedicated to pet adoption.
At the event, our participants enjoyed complimentary Topo Chico, healthy FitJoy bars, recovery drinks from FitAid, Voniz candles for purchase, as well as our new Male and Female Sweat for a Cause Tanks.
Thank you to all the participants, vendors, volunteers and staff who made this event possible! And thank you to BARC - Houston who brought out their adorable doggos! Part of our proceeds went back to the BARC so they can continue to shelter misplaced animals and help them get adopted!

Hi there Sweatii people! We just had our first Austin, Texas event and we really felt the love at Bend. Breathe. Love! Thank you all for coming out and flowing with us.

We enjoyed meeting every single one of you who came out- and we know you enjoyed the vinyasa yoga flow taught by Brit Jaeger and Jenni Finley! Ohh ohh, and the breakfast tacos from Dai Due, the nutrition bars from FitJoy, and complimentary swag from Bumble!

On Nov. 17th, our participants were able to experience a full F45 Training EaDo Houston workout, that was followed up with a unique yoga flow! After the event, attendees enjoyed goods from our vendors Thunderbird Bar, Sway Water, Nekter Juice Bar, and Athleta's pop up store!
Part of the proceeds from this event went to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, whose purpose is to advocate for and provide education on mental health.

Thanks to all of our attendees, part of the proceeds will go towards curating health conscious exhibits for The Health Museum in Houston, Texas!
And we cannot forget our health conscious vendors who supplied our participants with kombucha, tea, juices and prizes!
